Abstract

This text is an attempt to supplement the news on the contribution of the "Dziennik Polski" to the dissemination of information about the Recovered Territories and Wrocław prior to the conquest of the city, as well as the information provided in ephemeral prints building the Wrocław infosphere in the first months of the city's settlement by Polish resettlers. The present analysis is based on source studies, taking into account the bibliographical method and content analysis. The results obtained confirm the huge participation of "Dziennik Polski" and the use of ephemeral materials to implement the information and propaganda campaign about the Western Lands and their settlement. The informational, advertising and mobilising role of the "Dziennik Polski", as well as the leaflets published after Wrocław was taken over by the Polish administration, among others, requires further research.
